7.14 - 7.15 President hand over to the Chair to run the meeting, say grace and introduce the Guest Speaker

7.15 - 7.30 Guest Speaker (15 minutes)

7.30 - 7.45 Chair to thank the Guest Speaker and ask for Director's reports

7.45 - 7.50 Chair to ask the Sergeant to present the members minute

7.50 - 7.55 Chair ask sergeant to conduct fine session

7.55 - 8.00 Chair to hand back to the President to close
